Learning curve. Lots of work, was startup mining company when started
Working with the people in our company is hard, as they do not understand mining, the company has gone through some recent changes which made the workplace morale drop significantly. I have learnt a lot from the company and working there, there is no further option for growth.
Pros: Lots of things to learn
Cons: nasty colleagues, not so nice boss, overload of work, bad morale

I am Fully proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Please note, no experience using MS Project; Over 2 years’ experience in Sales Administration, diary management and database maintenance; Nearly 3 years’ experience in Training Administration/Personal Assistant for Executives; Very strong communication skills and a great team player; 4 Weeks’ notice period, Driver’s license and own vehicle; Example of taking initiative: Took it upon myself to research on receiving accreditation and presented it to my manager who gave it the go-ahead. I contacted MICTSETA and started with the accreditation process, which she successfully completed after 4 months. Strengths: Always punctual; Excellent interpersonal skills and always friendly and polite with staff and customers; doing research and collating information needed promptly; teachable and learns quickly; I am an eager worker and a person of integrity. Very good at paper work; pay good attention.

A typical day at Canyon Coal
Most days I get to watch the sun rise with a cup of warm coffee and a view of the beautiful Sandton City. My colleges became family - our days are filled with laughter, but when its crunch time we work together to reach our goals and we strive for success. I've learned a lot about mining - and sitting in traffic teachers you to be patient. There are not a lot of people fortunate enough to do what that they love - I've got a passion for what I do - ensuring that people get paid for what they worked for. Keeping the moral high in the company - inspiring the employees to work harder - smarter. Building the companies future one day at a time.

I've learned a lot to my previous company . We worked as team helping each in order to speed up daily basis task especially in Engineering . Learn to negotiating price, build strong effective relationship with suppliers, creating purchases orders to track cost effective , controlling company assets as is the critical cost of the company

Willing to learn new things and working as team and individual
I'm dadicated person who willing to learn new things and share my experience with my previous companies I'm qualified welder in sec 26d I'm a hard worker sober habits I'm doing all types of welding different positions and basic boilermaking fabrications I have ability to oparate overhead cranes ,basic rigging,all mining tmm first aider, basic fire fighter

Excellent machine challenges
I a Safety and production meeting begin the day. After the meetings I proceed to the plant to perform inspections on employees and machines. Coach and train employees on any deviations found. By asking questions in the field I also learn a lot about the machines and the people’s attitudes. I enjoy problem solving issues on the machines and performing root causes to eliminate future breakdowns. Performing this with the team also provides a learning curve for improvement. I also enjoy pulling stats from the computer systems and track machine progress, thereby initiating planning meetings to accommodate and improve progress and availability.

Excellent working curve
There is cooperation and everyone does their respective work . I personally enjoy doing maintenance on maintenance day because that's where i learn much since we open panels and clean them then fix whatever has to be fixed.
