Good experience

Due to the number of projects and size of the projects, a typical day is rather slow. Most of our work is negotiated and therefore they are lumpsum projects with no or very little variations. I would prefer working on larger projects which are tendered work which creates more challenges as PM or QS. I have a good working relationship with co-workers.
