Excellent communication skills

I have been working for Campus Crusade for Christ for over a year now and it been a great pleasure to be part of the team.working with such great people that have tought me so much. i basically do the admin and receptionist as volunteering i work from 8h00 till 16h00 which it not so stressing, i answer calls and filing of account. what i enjoy the most is when we do the training where i help facilitate with the training and arranging of the manuals, this is so fun because i get to meet new people outside the office and learn from them which helps with my communication skills while i interact. the most challenging part is setting out the budget for our trainings where the team relays on me to set budget where we do not over spend and the other challenging part is having to make calls to get sponsors. i have learn alot of confidence and boldness i can take on ant type of work with boldness.
