Excellent group of companies.

I'm good with people, always friendly, makes friends easily, I'm also a fast learner ,enjoy new challenges good with problem solving.Just be excited in the mornings to go to work and give your best at whatever task you been given.

Business System and Process Trainer.

I have been with CF, since 2011 and love the culture of "smile, greet and being helpful'. Starting in the morning with coffee, smile and catch-up of yesterday's successes and challenges helps in executing the planned tasks. Teamwork is key in our department as information sharing helps build the team as a whole. We aim to keep our relationships professional not without the human touch. My experience with knowing systems is further enhanced by applying it into processes, always learning. Everyday is a successful day when one could help an associate/colleague to understand their task which brings satisfaction/joy to my heart. Challenges are the language barriers when one goes into areas where the culture and language traits are different. Another challenges is to change the mindset of the individual who has been doing a task in a certain way for years.

Pros: Love travelling and meeting new faces, and growth in income.
Cons: Working in an environment ( System) whish has not been setup properly.

Fast learner

Good employees but the company does not want to pay us what we deserve we are registered but still treated as flexy employees for a year now and we are not paid equal but doing the same job.no uniform is given to stuff it been a year now we been in probation for 14 months now. Some management are good to us some are not. I have learned a lot of work from the inside parking picking stock and receiving scanning and checking.

My review on my company is to grow us slowly but we not getting enough money or the standard markert money and we need to be groomed and motivated in a work place

Hard worker i go extra mile

my focus is to make profit and i did that, to manage and control all departmental report to me stock control stock take cash office to motivate staff and management maintain the store control expenses produce good result

im working as a creditors clerk on the Great Plain system have over 200 suppliers to handle with the book value of 90million im deadline driven and can work under pressure well and a fast learner

Learning platform for me

The work place is great though they are some favouritism on our departments and not having the standard salary for each depatment when you are promoted you don't get the same salary for the new job .But I get along with anyone in the business and just believe one day things will change for the better.

Pros: yes ,promotions we get
Cons: working flat hours 8 a day
