Good learning curve

There were many financial challenges in this company but I always worked to produce all that was expected of me and beyond.Try and save as much as possible.I worked as a site agent,quantity surveyor and site clerk.I never complained because knowledge is what i always strive for to be groomed and be groomed in many divisions.I mentored 3 students who were studying towards the National Diploma in civil engineering.I like doing research if I don't know something as I was working on a very challenging bridge project so I had to engage with my mentors and other engineers to get some knowledge and skills that I required.This position in this company has taught me to have good leadership skills,good presentation skills and also good site inspector.I conducted all inspections on site from layer works to steel to concrete.I enjoyed every area of my job.

Good Communication

Based on work i am doing the communication between i and my fellow colleagues is very good and perfect we working as a team, we all enthusiastically about our work regardless of mistakes that being done by our management ending up shifting a blame on us but we always work hard develop and grow the company.

Pros: No oppurtunities
Cons: Normal working hours
