Its was very nice with my day work My staff also was great to me I learn some experience and how to work as a team I njoy when its was busy because I was prove my self how to deal with customers with silly and nice Challenging its was a overtime my boss was not paid a overtime he was telling us its our choice to make it slowly is that the think was killing us and other challenging it about a customer

Team working, good customer services,

Good customer services is the key of every business and team working is very much important to archive target. teach your staff cashiers/attendant to acknowledge the daily customers.greet them with a smile and names.I worked for fuel industry for 10 years and i really like this field.changing shift,rooster,westock (dips) ,declaration,recon,ordering fuel/stock ,target,increasing shop sales by doing promotions,decrease wastage and expenditures,capturing invoices and preparation of weekly creditors, Q-Pro requirement,healthy and safety that is my daily duties that i enjoy. the most challenging aspect is when CSA (attendant) putting wrong product to the customer car.

Pros: target and follow Company requirement.
Cons: fuel industry is very high risk environment mean important thing is to comply make sure all staff trained for fire fighter and first aid

I gained a loads of experience and how to work with ppl and underpressure

I enjoyed my job a lot as I gained so much experience working with people and I have learned that when you doing customer service you must be calm, patient and friendly cause you come across different characters everyday. My co- workers so easy to work with, and they are fast learners so eager to help when you have a problem. Working there it also helped me to get an insite of what I was studying. The only problem I had was transport on Holidays.

How 2 cope with your customers

Client focus treating your customers well,working as a team with co-wokers to satisfy our customers. Most thing I've learned is to treat our customers with respect and how to deal with angry customers,I enjoy working with my co-workers together as they say unity is the power. More challenging is handling an angry customers

Excellent path to walk on

The company was a friendly place to be meeting new individuals day in and day out but I had a wonderful experience with Caltex but I got retrenched due to the financial issues that the company had.

Pros: It would be a wonderful experience to join the team
Cons: Well I work 12 hour a shift

Quick learner.

I enjoyed working at the campany. And the relation I have with my core team is very good and if it was for I would leave with them. I have learned a lot from the company and from the manager himself. I enjoy working with him and also enjoyed working overtime after work because it's quite.. Iwhen I have to make a decision with the manager about the behavior of my core workers.

Fast learner,fast worker,on time,lots of respect,love new challenges

Working at my company is tought,customer service is alot of work especially if it is not paying well.lenghthy hours and a busy day serving vehicles is a lot of work.even working in shifts .it all comes down to the pay.if the pay is not good you are uncomfortable working there.

Iam a hard worker willing to start as soon as possible.i would be very happy to meet new collegues i do like to work as a team.i dont not mind to work any shift that i have been given
