Good learning curve as this was my first job

Its good working at caltex dealing with different customers with different personalities everyday its challenging but I manage to get through my work day.Working as team in the forecourt is essential and understanding each other motivating the each other gives motivation to get through the day

I've get to much experience n how to treat customer

I am very friendly with sense of humor Very communicate well with my co worker I have learnt a lot like how to treat customes we don't ague with customer I enjoyed to work with different peoples customers some other days customes are funny Eish the most challenging is to get in short or over in the till because that will decrease my salary at the end of the month

Pros: I never get promotion
Cons: Yes we working long hours 11 hours that a day shift n 12 hours nite shift

I was happy now I know how I love to be in a Hospitality industry

I have gained Experience because you don't relie to any body you deal with you own section.Team work is the best.Giving Customers positive attitude every day is the best service in Hospitality.

Good

I love working with people as a group helping customers it is stressful sometimes when it comes to the rules of the shop getting complaints from customers means you going to be shouted at that the worst part of my job after all I love my work it's only my management is not the best

Pros: Great experience and opportunities to get better jobs
Cons: I work 50hiur a week mostly

It a very poor working condition long hours with no break been working for over a year and still not registered as a worker no bonus no increase less pay and more work

I'm i hard worker i really need the job any job is fine for me i want to prove my self to u so that i can get promoted im going to make show that the company that i work is going too far because im going to make show that im working so hard to prove me self

Our garage is very busy working there helps me grow my knowledge because we get training to give good customer service all the time so love to expand my knowledge because is a very good environment.
