Great opportunities, but has reach my potential

I start at 7:00 but need to be there at 7:30. I give attention to detail and check all the production needed for the day. I check the amount of people i have for that day and organise accordingly. I get a spreedsheat of what needs to be finished each day to reach my target. I consolidate the stock of each batch and calculate the targeted averages of each department ext the quantity of the batch, rejects, shippers, containers, labels, caps. Checking that the weight of each container is weight and correct, otherwise the outcome will not be in the target averages. If so, i need to find the problem and fix it. If any machine or maintenance needs to be done, I do it myself or logg a working card. I work closely with management and do what is expected of me and more.

Stepping stone

Im a jack of all trades. I do data capturing of our invoices. I run our shop we have on the premises. Handling the meetings, and all the clients. I work with our suppliers and check when our products will be here. I do type work for the CEO. I also do private calls for the MD and His assistant.

Pros: A stepping stone
Cons: Salary is not wat expected of
