Call Force Reviews

About me

I enjoy working because it gives me the freedom to have time for myself and to get to know others and give the best to the job at hand. I normally get to work and greet as it is a must where I currently work and then make my way to my desk where I log on and review all my lessons for that night. I then prepare for my lessons by using the internet and check to see if any one else needs assistance with thee preparations. I have learnt over the years that working in a team and asking questions when you are uncertain really helps as there is no need to be shy so to speak. What I enjoy most is the fact that i get to meet mew people all the time and the clients that enjoy my service they way appreciate me!! The most challenging aspect of my current job is the first few seconds when you have to build that rapport and its either make it or break it!!

Pros: Eager for learning and will work promotions
Cons: I cannot work night shift at all

Good company to work with, there is cooperating and help is always available

Call force is a great company to grow in and work at, it’s a perfect environment to learn all ropes of communication to become better. Friendly staff memebers. Everyday is about achieving new goals, new motivation and performing good. My job is teaching English to Chinese and Taiwanese students, the goal is to offer better understanding of the content and filling all gaps or challenges one might have regarding speaking English. What I enjoy the most is helping students understand the content better, gaining new knowledge, helping someone became a fluent English Speaker. Challenges: having to look for other methods of teaching in order a student can understand better and a student still does not understand it. It takes a lot of energy and effort to teach, therefore it becomes difficult to focus on that one student while there are many. I have learnt to be patient, be organized and search for other ways of making teaching easier just Incase I have a difficult student.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain knowledge regarding Chinese and Taiwan’s. And to acquire new knowledge regarding the information presented
Cons: Crazy working hours

Outstanding environment and great learning curve

Working for Call Force has taught me how to manage and encourage people. How to deal with different personalities and levels and adjust from teaching children to adults and vice versa. The environment is great with amazing co-worker and management who is always willing to assist and give advice when you need it. I have had the opportunity to turn my weaknesses into strength and also learned to be professional throughout every lesson taught.

Pros: Learning curve and professionalism
Cons: Commission based

A great learning curve

Working at Call Force was an amazing experience because it was a different industry compared to the ones I've worked in. Most of the challenges I can across were beyond my control since they were mostly technical. I am one assertive person, therefore it is absolutely easy for others to work with me. I has a positive relationship with my co-workers. I learned that you should never limit yourself based on the skills you have. Instead, open yourself up for more opportunities that would help in expanding your skills and maybe develop new ones. The one thing I enjoyed the most was teaching junior sessions. This is because you get to understand certain things about children and get to learn a few things from them too. They basically make you have a different perspective regarding the world of teaching and learning.

Pros: Great way to acquire more skills
Cons: Long hours

Not an honest company

You get work and sit all day as there are no clients to teach. They promise you 4500 salary where you get 2000. You work so hard in that company but they just reduce the money every month.

Pros: None
Cons: No money, higher management sucks, over work managers

Improved typing skills, interaction with strangers and good with improvisation.

My typical day at work includes previewing lessons before teaching, teaching 45 and 30 minute sessions and compiling progress reports for the students I teach. The relationship I have with my coworkers is very good. We try to build each other by sharing ideas on new ways to teach and how to improvise when we experience problems during the lesson. This job has taught me how to improvise when experiencing technical problems and patience. I enjoy teaching young kids the most. What I find most challenging about the job is managing to get good ratings amidst network problems.

Pros: Improvisation and patience
Cons: No perks
