What i learnt at Eskom

The work was alot but i enjoyed alot. I related alot with the other employees and we worked well together. I still communicate with some co workers, we usually call each other I was challenged alot by negative customers, i was trained to to allows remain,positive where the customer says what to you, i learnt to remain calm in what ever the cuatomer says to me when he or she is critising the customer service. I enjoyed working working in thw outbound and closing quries that were already attended by the technicians, and taking calls from people who are saying thank you for the service that they recieved from Eskom.

Pros: I am a,hard work and have alot of chances to be employed and promotion
Cons: 9 hours

I am an agent from various insurance companies,

My company is very different from other companies because they've given agents different treatment and different basic salary, and that Shaw's that they are not working to get the employees to work as a team

Pros: Helping you to be a better sales man and to make sure quality is is great,presantation and communication is worth the client
Cons: 8:00 to 5:00pm
