Quick to adapt

I have worked for different companies in different industries, have a quick attitude to adapt to environments and situations, loving working in a group and motivating the group, I''m more of a team player than a team leader, love to plan, organise, lead and control the team towards their monthly targets and them being happy to serve the clients. with the team I'm currently working with a typical work day is when we wake up the mornings and have a target for that day, meet different clients and retain the old clients and at the end of the day each and every one of us submitting a good deal to the banks, I'm seen as a great team player a good motivator and not only that but a friend, a brother and someone people who can talk to and I'm easily approachable, I enjoy the first time I meet a client and retain that client, help the client to achieve his dreams and get assisted till the end all in all I enjoy seeing a client happy, seeing a client happy thats what makes my work worth it at the end,

Sales and marketing management

I have been working as a sales consultant since 1999 to present.turning prospects into leads then proper sale. Managing people making them realise the importance of working as a team. Closing business in due course. The most important part is reaching the target and being professional.

Pros: Working for the company has been challenging and interesting but at the end you have to deliver and clients are happy.
