I have managed both long, complex Sales cycles that require persistence and an eye for detail-, as well as shorter, direct sales equally well, and have honed my skills to expert level. This includes sales in the Corporate, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, and Groups & Conventions environments. I have always been proud to be part of the mentoring and learning of my teams and my clients and learn from their skills and unique perspectives in turn. My teams have always met and exceeded their Sales targets, as have I in my personal capacity. Working in Sales/Account Management with various hotel groups, including: - Tsogo Sun, - The Three Cities Group (directly responsible for Sales across five properties, including three Five Star Lodges – owned by the UB Group of Hotels and Resorts) - Experience in Sales Management in Rental Vehicles Sales - Online Booking Company experience as a Senior Account Manager for Booking.com

Pros: Learning additional CRM skills and building an experience if the skill sets required to manage a very demanding retail clientele.
Cons: The location of the offices and factory has resulted in two attempted robberies at gunpoint in my vehicle, and the company has been severely impacted by a 45 day closed operations illegal strike.

Above average learning experience

A typical work for an electrician isn't that busy unless there are breakdowns or new projects at hand. I've a good working relationship with my fellow maintenance teammates. I've worked with 3-phase and single phase machines, doing controls(start and stop, forward-reverse, star-delta), DB wiring, construction/tubing. The only challenging aspects are PLC and some controls, the working conditions and environment aren't safe and I'll-treatment from management as well.

Pros: Good mentor to learn from
Cons: No bonuses or overtime compensation

Life at Calgan

I started off at Calgan lounge as a junior. I didn't know much about the trade but i was taught and most of my function BBB in the company i had to figure out myself. We recently started a new system from scratch which i had to do self training there was no one to show me the insurance and outside of the system. And im

Its a good learning environment

There is too much potential and room for improvements. The working hours are normal and the tea time and lunchtime is long enough for the employees to eat. Need a canteen in the factory so that employees will not run out of the company during lunch.

Pros: great opportunity for learning
Cons: there is no canteen in the factory
