Always willing to learn

I am a quite person, but not an introvert. A typical day at the office will be to create new site files for the sub- contractors & to audit the files that is on site already. I love Health & safety, and is always willing to learn more.I love people and to keep them safe in their daily tasks.Although I am quite, I am stricket and ensure I get along with all my co-workers Everyday I learn something new. but most imoortant is that each person differs and see the word in a different way. I enjoy working together with other workers to ensure a safe working environment for all. I am challanged daily with workers that does not always understand what the law require and other workers that is taking alot of chances by taking short cuts to finish the job, but cutting alot of safety & healty corners.

Pros: Always something new to learn, and helping all the workers to work safe
Cons: lots of traveling & no promotion oppertunities

Good

Working with Cadcon was very much good,but because of contract we loose hope by knowing that this is gonna be ended soon as much your efforts, good experience guide but not permanent position to succeeded
