Answering the phones. Sending Updates for driver's ensure all times are captured correctly. Updating and tracking of pick up and drop off of goods. Attending meetings and taking minuets. Updating the spreadsheets. Creating sms lines. Learning to work fast and accurete and working against time. On a 14h00 rout when all 6 drivers call you the same time.
