Excellent customer service learning

C3 Food Services is a company that specialises in serving university students with 3 course meals (breakfast, lunch, supper) to the students and its only busy doing those time when we have to serve the student. my relation with my co-workers is great we assist each other very much and work as a group in order to meet the deadline of serving students. I have learnt customer service, food preparation and knowing how to handle customer complaints. I enjoy the most by interacting with the student to find out how is our service, what would they like the company to change. the most challenging aspects of the job is having a shortage in the food because students they book online but doesn't go through to our company as booked

Growth and development curve

To work in a mess production company ifor me it was more of an adventure because I got to learn how to work with different types of people and how to deal with certain personalities. I had a good working relationships with workers and I've learned that you can't really survive without team work. I enjoyed spending time in the kitchen more than I did in the storeroom because I got to grow and interact with people every day. The most change aspects is that everything you do as a storeman puts company at an edge of gain or loss furthermore more you're always under pressure if you work with mass production!.

Excellent learner very hardworking assistance administration and health and safety rep

fast leaner good with people so much sense of humor with great communication skills stricket with complying with the as a health and safety rep and alwys patient with people and quiet most times but ever smiling soul.

Pros: great promotion opportunities
Cons: normal working hours
