Fantastic opportunity to gain experience

One of the best companies in Limpopo to work for, though its more a family owned an run business. Most of the personnel is friendly but a strong presence of anti team work lurks over the co-workers. Top management is one of the best and tries his best to look after his workers. i Believe if the market in Limpopo improves, C2Civils will be a first choice construction company to appoint and work for.

Gained Excellent Experience

My day started with health and safety toolbox talks each day followed with setting out work and targets for the day. I have learned a lot in my role with working hands on with laborers and plant operators, teaching them how to do the job correctly and efficiently. thus building strong work relationships with the people under my supervision. Teamwork and a strong relationship ensures production and pumps up the team moral.

Pros: Working in a very competitive environment builds character and drives you to excel in your work.
Cons: Not enough promotion oportunities.
