Perfect learning environment

it has been great being a part of such a huge industry and growing with it day by day. a typical day entails various movements from an even bigger client bank. each client has its own unique commodities each with it's own requirements of storage and handling and that's what I've enjoyed the most. everyday is something new and a new way of solving the problem or designing of storage and handling methods.

Pros: a lot of room for growth, mulitpal divisions to join within the company.
Cons: lack of support structures from upper management

Great learning curve

A typical work day start at 07: 00 am. I start my day by compiling reports on the work that was done in the last 24 hour for management. Then I plan what work needs to be done in the next 24 hours I review the teams work to rectify any discrepancies in the system and resolve any urgent queries. I am a good team leader and make sure that everyone in the team is motivated and that we all work well together. I have learnt to analyse information for decision making and work with large volumes of data. Then I mostly spend the day resolving issues and helping the team with their challenges.

Pros: New challenges everyday.
Cons: Long working hours
