communication with all site agents and attending to their administrative problems is mostly what I do on a normal day, our relationship is good but it has its misunderstandings, time and clear understanding is key in this industry, being able to attend to problem and finding solution gives me joy. challenges will always be there but I think it is how you deal with them that matters the most
