An experience that value

am a grounded, confident and assertive individual. My ability to manage perceptions about the company's service by providing a high quality and value added service to the client. My reposibilities are mainly Customer-focused and require an experienced individual such as my self, whom an organisation can absolutely trust in offering any client a class leading service.

Pros: I am strong willed, open minded, forward thinking and resourceful individual.
Cons: I turn to over think things, I dislike static thoughts and ideas.

Good company to work for. Lots of growth

I am a team player, self motivated person. My goal is to encourage my team to be the best that they can be. I will never leave my team members stranded, I will always assist even if it is out of my scope.

Fast learner and love new challenges

My typical days work starts from 8 to 5 and every morning I receive a schedule for a days work that must accomplished. I do quotation as welll as assessment for all customer repairs. I enjoy working in the team environment and lead the team.

I have deploma in (CIS) CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND ADMINISTRATION and more than 15 years in IT (From OPS, desktop to hardware support. I worked with loyalty and professional attitude. I became a good brand for the company. Every customer I go to, they treat me as part of them, because of the kind of service I'm offering them.

Support of more 5000 user for Primedia Broadcasting company. doing support on Desktop, Laptops and Tablet devices. support in Printer settings, installations and links. setting-up of desktop Printers etc.

I have an extensive knowledge in the Microsoft field an continue learning as technology changes

My day to day task are: 1.Desktop support to all users, from installing desktops, laptops as in new installs or backup and reload. 2. Hardware or software troubleshooting. 3 printer setups 4 server and network management on a senior level. 5 vendor management, leasing with 3rd party vendors.
