My work history has provided me a variety of business skills which allow me to relate to all levels of management, to a variety of business positions, and work successfully with a diversity of personalities, customers, and end-users. My education has provided me with a variety of information systems knowledge and practical skills; primarily in Technical, System engineer, as well as networking. I consider myself to be a results-oriented, dependable, and capable worker; who is not easily affected by job stress, and will be a strong asset to your department and organization in a variety of duties. I am certainly receptive to any company training and I am a fast learner in any on the job training situation, if required. I look forward to a personal interview at your convenience

Laying a good foundation

A typical work day work -sorting out emails from the day before, prioritizing them and sending out replies if needs be, logging into our call logging system to see what's new and update the current calls . The relationship with my co-workers is more like a family , we spend more awake time with them than your own family so good relations are very important so when a problem pops up , and they do, sorting it out and quickly is very important . Starting in logistics for 7 months before going over to internal sales have me the foundation to "understand " the other side of the game in getting the client happy and keeping the client happy . That also has taught me passions with other and supplier as it doesn't always go your way . The best thing is that its the same thing but totally different as supplying IT differ everyday even just the challenges while doing it and knowing what to assist the client with BUT the best possible service to the client and that is also the most challenging aspect of what I do

Pros: Learn a lot and stay up to date with technology
Cons: Far from home with long traveling hours and limited Promotions and growth.

Good Company for Experience

working for Bytes was a nice experience whereby everyday you would experience new problems at site , there is a Business Improvement team that assist when ever issues cannot be resolved. As for the point of Sales side we are working with Pos support team as they help with the pos site . Calls gets logged through UCS and get assigned to different company as they support that certain product . I have learn that every challenging situation cannot be over comed alone , as other fellow technician are there to assist aswel , what ever problem that you experiencing other technician might have also experienced . Customers are important in the business as they must be valued. 100% SLA must be meet .

Pros: If they is high ranks in the company , applying will be concidered as I'm experienced
Cons: I don't mind working overtime as I was also used to working every Second week of the month

Strategic leadership and corporate development. Creative thinking and 'out the box' vsionary

A typical day at the bank is full of new challenges, most of them unique, meaning that you have to adapt to these challenges constantly. I have learn how financial institutions work and operate. its governance models. Risk and fraud mitigation is high focus. Business process re-engineering to align to the changes in the industry and applicable laws. Designing and developing strategies and business plans in support of sustainable growth of the business. I enjoy working with a competent team and share both the pains and gains of our achievements. I am a leader that leads by example, and show empathy where needed. I count every cent when it comes to finances and prevent any deviation from company policies or associated SA laws. The most challenging aspect of my job is to manage the balance between saving the company money, but yet improve customer experience within the confines of a very strong and robust governance model.

Pros: Very dynamic, challlenging , disciplined and progressive institution to work for.
Cons: The distance travelling from home to work.

ITS A VERY GOOD INVIROMENT

My work environment is one of the best in south Africa as it accommodates many people with disabilities and giving them an opportunity as everyone else in life. And that motivates me to , to always know that we are all the same in life no matter what condition we are in.

Qualified technician with 6 years experience

My background includes serving as a technician to retail environment. Most recently I was working as a field technician under Bytes Technology Group for all massmart stores where my responsibilities includes responding to calls logged by customers as per SLA .Working at Bytes I have demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues such as fixing and replacing faulty hardware. I consistently meet call volume goals handling an average of 3-13 calls a day, whereby the company is requesting a CSR to do a minimum of 3 calls per day also bring to the table a strong Speed point knowledge as I have achieved FNB Speed point Technician Certificate within the company I’m currently working at.I’m confident that I can offer you, the customer service and problem solving skills you are seeking.

Self motivated indidual

I a work in a very busy busy company with a lot of customers form different regions of the country ,Africa and even world wide. my typical work is providing excellent service at all times its either via email or a voice call also called telephone call, I can assist user with the office based and remotely. I am a very friendly person who can make friends easy my relationship with my co-workers is a good one I can say with no doubts. I am learning from them hoping they also learn from me as I have my unique qualities that also help me to build a strong relationship with my clients. one thing I enjoyed the most is to get new challenges that happens everyday in this industry I am in.

Customer Services

I am an intuitive Customer Service Technical solution specialist and my role in any IT department is to provide expert advice, support and create Front End UI solution. I have passed Mathematics and Science at university level, that led to my interest in the Computer Science world although I was financially excluded I went on to study for System Engineering Cert. with Siemens, where I attended (and passed) courses in A+, N+, AD 2003, Server 2003 and later on did MCSE and got attendance cert. at Torque IT Rivonia. I left Siemens and later joined Bytes Technology where I was trained as a Customer Service Representative, and my role : Technical Consultations on all Desktops, Servers, POS, and Back End equipment including but not limited to scanners, printers and other peripherals. I also did Software (LINUX, WINDOWS, APPLICATIONS), Hardware (NCR, DATALOGIC, HP,LEXMARK,XEROX,METROLOGIC) and Network (LAN, WI-FI)

Pros: The satisfaction
Cons: The frustrations, the SLA, the limited resources and time... all limitations

Being exposed to the IT field for the first time was a wonderful learning experiance

There's alot of pressure which I feel is good to learn and there's always assistance if you dont understand anything, so that you can perform to your best
