Currently I am selling the solutions so know what is out on the market at the moment.
My typical day at the office is contacting customers and building relationships. I believe I have a very strong relationship with my co-workers and get on with anyone. Generally I am the one to go to open up and discuss things that cannot be discussed with management. The most I have learnt in my role is the very different and dynamics within companies and people. I have learnt that not all IT related solutions fits every customers needs. I have learnt how to be patient with people and situations. I have learnt so much in my 10+ years in the IT world and feel I need a really big challenge and shake up within my career. I am more than willing to study to get up to speed. The most challenging aspect of my current job is being patient.

Cons: Long working hours but are willing to put in the extra time.

I am a Junior Support Technician
I am writing to apply for the job which I saw advertised on the internet. I admire the determination policy of your organization and particular impressed with the philosophy of your organization with regard to training and employee’s development to rich their full potential. The opportunity that is given to me is very interesting and provides a challenge, which I enjoy, for me. Excellent learning curve.
Excellent learing curve, working houers was flexable as long as you worked your 8 houers. I got a long with most of my co-workers and it was like your secnd family. The mist challening aspect of my job was getting the equipment from the supplier to the client before the deadline butbit was also the best feeling kwowing the client is satisfied whit the serves they received from the company. My most enjoyed time at the company is when the client is satisfied , when you under promise and over deliver.
Pros: Had the opportunity to go for the courses in my line of work
Cons: No opportunity for promotion, no bonus or 13th cheque

Great place to work with education opportunities , worklife Disadvantages is that promotions hardly happens and current employees are usually over looksis balanced and work independently.

Excellent Knowledge
It's a high pressure environment, always experiencing new technical issue's interacting with the different people within the call center. An environment made pleasent by the co-workers and the help we gain from each other by sharing knowledge that others do not know. That has taught me a lot in terms of all the technical knowledge and network knowledge that I currently, as I am currently studying at the moment. As with all job ls the challenging aspects of the working environment can be when new issue's arise which you haven't prepared for but take in your stride to make the best of it learn from it.

Good Starting point of career
Everyday it is a busy day as my work is a lot, I have a good relationship with my co workers, I have learned how to work with internal and external clients, i enjoy being around the people i work with as we work as a Team.
