I work well on my own, but am more than happy to work with others for collaborations or team-based projects. I take my position seriously and am completely dedicated and driven to succeed.

I have learned a lot and gained so much experience

I am working for a great company and gained a lot of experience in the past 8 years, making sure that I provide a good customer service each and everyday while enjoying it. I work with a great team that has a good communication skills a team that values their customers and I'm so proud to be able and for of them, Its quiet a busy place but just I can work under pressure I can manager and I'm very good at that, it's a 12 hour shift environment and we all thrive to provide a good service everyday.

Great environment to grow

From Monday to Friday as a network engineer with my current employer we have to look after the routing, switching, wireless and data center environment. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. I appreciate working here as I have finally been able to work in the data center environment. Having to commission new sites across Africa since we work at the Multichoice contract. Considering that over the years I had to learn the network this has made easy for me to deal with pressure as I have in-depth understanding of the network.

Pros: Opportunity to finally work in the data center space
Cons: Lack of information at times forcing one to dig dipper on their own

Good place for team work

I work for Altron, am alway on site which is MultiChoice randburg. We support all the African office of MultiChoice and other overseas offices. It's a great place to work at, I have gained a lot of experience while working at MultiChoice. Our team, we like family. The job requires good relationships with all the teams because we use a lot of processes and you need to liaise with others teams or individuals in order to do your job effectively. Because I have been in the company for almost three years and it was my first serious job, I now need a fresh start with other companies such as yours. I want to learn more and in this company I feel like a guru which am not.

Outgoing and detail-oriented, I am proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships

I can easily communicate and connect with my fellow support stuff. I am a great team player, characterized by my supervisor as flexible, decisive and intuitive. Help desk support jobs comes with a lot of pressure, responsibilities and can be very demanding. You need to always handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner and give them assurance that you are the right person to help. You need to work smart and not hard. My every day job includes logging calls via email and telephone using call logging system. Reset and unlock user accounts using active directory application. Route calls to appropriate support team.

Pros: To apply my skills knowledge with continuous learning and growth
Cons: Underpaid
