I am an enthuastic, hands-on IT student with 3 years of university experience and knowledge in the faculty of ICT.I have lab/Cisco Packet tracer experience of Cisco router and switch configuration for Local area network (LAN) and Wide area network (WAN) infrastructure. I enjoy closely following the latest changes in technology. I am a bright, talented and ambitious IT Network technician with a good technical background, who possesses self-discipline and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision. Having exposure to a wide range of technologies & able to play a key role in diagnosing hardware & software issues and to ensure that quality solutions meet business objectives. Possessing a good team spirit, deadline orientated and having the ability to organise and present complex solutions clearly and accurately. Extensive experience of working in the front line also helping clients and colleagues resolve complex technical IT issue

An out-and-out IT support technician

Good day, Application for IT technician position Please accept this mail as an application for the above position. I'm an out-and-out IT support technician with a solid 4 years' experience with Bytes. I further worked for Anglo American in support as an Information Service Manager assistant. I have been doing 1st line desktop/laptop support on Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10 and iOS El Captein platforms. I have been troubleshooting MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and now 2016. I have solid 2nd line printer support and am able to assist with Helpdesk and Network administration, where necessary.
