Experience.

I deal with immense pressure within this industry. It is a constant rush and time is of the essence. I have constant deadlines and need to meet performance KPI everyday, every week and every month. It is very stressful but it has taught me that I am able to work under a lot of pressure. I enjoy working with a team as we have the same common goal and that is to reach the same target.

Good IT development company

When i report at work, i make sure that i greet everyone. Its a way of showing and create good atmosphere between us. Its good to work here,because i am on entry level and i absorb as much as i can. I have learnt that when you work with people, you must be friendly and flexible so that you be approachable by anyone without any doubts. I enjoy troubleshooting the system when it has problems. The most challenging part is when everyone has problem with Outlook, when they cannot receive emails. They call me all the time, they would expect me to sort them at once. I enjoy as it develops me.

Excellent learning environment for development

I started being a call centre agent with on experience but I worked hard to be the best

In my work environment I need a company when I can grow, get benefits and also have permanency that's I'm applying to your company to hope I would get an opportunity to work for your company.

I'm a strong ambitious young woman

Bytes People Solutions in midrand. I was doing IT System Support Learnership. It was a great experience on learning. I used to work from 8 to 4. My relationship bwith my co-worker was good even though sometimes we didn't agree with other things we always find a way to solve the. I have earned a lot about serves and how to work with it. The most thing that I enjoyed was working with servers. The most challenging aspect was working with a rude colique.

Pros: I'm writing my A+

-having to investigate on fraudulent sales is not ideal as you need to put someone on the line of dismissal but yet important -relationship with co workers is professional and sometimes to an extend of being personal as we work together most of the day and consider each other as family -to be patient and understandable -our times together as co workers outside work, like team buildings -when we investigate agents on doing fraudulent sales and have to submit reports that would have them dismissed

Learnt the technicalities of the mobile network operations

Helpping customerscto undersyand their devices better and be able to do things on their own. Solving technical problems on customer behalf on the system. Working good with my colleagues and we have a good working relationship with our superiors. I learnt a lot about whats going on on the background and what benefits a person gets from using different devices on the market. I enjoy everytime when i have helped customer on what they have been experiencing negatively on the network but did not know how they can get themselves out of the situation. The most challenging things are to get customers to understand the changes that the changing times bring along with them, teaching customers to understand that technogy changes fast and that they need to keep up in order to enjoy full functionality from their different devices

Pros: There opportunities to grow within the company and it is hammered everyday on us to take such chances
Cons: Akward shifts and times are some of the cons and day offs not always at my advantage but i maje it work because with change comes pain sometimes
