I have learnt so much over the years and can actually see my growing potential.

Every day looks different. Depending on the demand for the day or the week. I work very hard every single day to meet all deadlines. I reply within 5 minutes to all emails that gets sends out to us as Branch.I have learned so many great customer values and customer focus in this industry that no diploma can give you. What I have learned over all my years of work in my ethics are beyond my wildest expectations. My focus on great customer service has evolved so much and that I work very well, hand in hand with all Managers, every single day. I am the one person every single Manager will come to with concerns, as I do not leave any issue unattended and make it my personal duty to resolve and get the best results. I do not hand any issues over to any single person, unless I do not have the authority to sort it out. I sit and do planning, focusing on better resolving of issues, better time management when we have projects, all to be the best support system.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion if you are willing to relocate
Cons: normal working hours but salary can be much better as per appraisal

A lot of growth in the company

Bytes MS has groomed me into the hard worker. The personnel are dedicated to their work and welcome new comers with open arms. It gets pretty hectic as we are a customer orientated company and we believe that the client comes first and second, hence, though we do not get paid on commission, we have a daily target to reach. This causes quiet a few controlled quarrels in the work place especially when no one wants to take responsibility. I have learnt to be patient, dedicated and firm in the last three years with this company.

I'm seeking for better and challenging opportunities.

I've gained so much experience with the company over the years, I now looking for growth and seeking new adventures within the industry. Which again will give better service to our clients and the stability for the growth of the company, hence i had good relationship with my co-workers and my everyday is magical at the company. Though sometimes had to deal with different clients some understanding some where not but I would make it a point that I give best service to the clients.

Very Good

In terms of salary at Bytes MS they lacking of paying good salary on Technicians especially in EC region, and they still calling the Technicians (CSR) Customer Service Representive

Excellent experience gained

Planning incidents, maintaining and updating incidents. Driving to completion in SLA. In forcing mobile discipline. Tracking techniques. Compromise with unplanned incidents. Customers escalations. Management escalations Tracking parts. Reports. Experience in logistics (store management) assisting with Nelspuit remotely if needed. Stand in field service manager.

Pros: Gaining experience on management level
Cons: Working every second Saturday

New experience

New problems to be solved every day. On the go experience is what you gain. No spoon feeding troubleshooting is very important. Colleagues are very co operative and helping.enjoy learning new technology and customer interactions.

Great experience

I believe my experience in being a very successful debt collector combined with my knowledge of a call co-ordinator as well as my customer relation skills, will be a benefit to your organisation. I work well in teams, as I have reached my SLA with my team for months on end. I am very driven and able to work independently and take pride in all I do. I have proven myself as a dedicated worker who works hard to reach my targets every month, most months surpassing the set target, and have been rewarded gratefully by the companies I have worked for. I live in Witbank at the moment and is very willing to move to Middelburg.
