I am looking a challenge to increase my performance of work and able to work under pressure
Desktop Support Engineering • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7,8 & 10 and Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 & 2016 and any other authorized desktop applications • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment • Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards • Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements • Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels

Excellent learning curve.
I am an electrical engineering intern. I repair broken tracks on the boards, re-solder dry joints, replace faulty components on the power supplies, telephones, pdt/scanners. and telephone extention boards. I service the IBM LCD's, signature pads, retail printers and retail keyboards. I enjoy electronic repairs. The challenge I have had is de-soldering IC's.
Pros: Learning about different types of products.
Cons: Using different types of chemicals to clean the products once fixed.

Excellent
Indeed is a life changing work environment! The employees and management team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Indeed, is a great employer with amazing perks. Complementary breakfast, lunches, beverages and snacks to keep the teams happy.

I am a quick learner and always ready for the next thing.
Worked also inside as a Bench Technician but now working in the field for several Accounts.See my CV documents for more description about self. I am an individual who is always pushing for progress. Required results are always archived on all given practical assignments.

IT Career.
I am a desktop support at Bytes Managed Solution,I am working only on Nedbank Account.Daily I am driving around East Rand area attending clients at Nedbank branches to resolve their technical issues and projects as well. Everyday is a challenge,because everyday is troubleshooting time,but motive is the motivation. My motive is getting my clients operational.If that is archived,then I am very happy,I will have a sleep at night. ------------------------- I am a self taught web developer who found web development to be a step further in my career progression after working in the IT field for nearly 5 years.Through my learning journey and experience with CareerFoundry I developed self management and problem solving skills.I also developed an understanding and proficiency in HTML, Javascript, JQuery,CSS and Ruby on Rails.I am currently looking for an opportunity to start my career in web development by adding value with my knowledge. Its been a great work experience and i have learned a lot from the company
It's is a great company. Exposure to the world of IT. New challenges. Great working environment. It comes highly recommended. Customers are their number priority. They keep all employees motivated. They take good care of each other and we work well as a team .

Awful, fear-driven company
Typical work day from 6am to 9pm. Senior management are terrible. No respect for employees. work overtime every weekend - no time for famile, no-one shares anything. hated working there. MD is the worst
Pros: learn to work with ATMs
Cons: fear based, always threatened with dismissal, hr no help, low increases, no promotions
