I've spent the last 5 years and half working full-time as a working as a training Adviser working for (Boston Business College ). Excellent

I am a mature female, who is ambitious, motivated, extremely hardworking and enthusiastic about acquiring knowledge, e.g: career related courses and/or training, or new skills. I am more than prepared to work irregular and/or long hours to achieve my goals.I am a punctual and honest individual with a high standard of integrity and an outgoing personality. I am always striving for the highest standard in my work and I adapt easily to a new environment, therefore I am able to work as an indivisual or as part of a team; however the ease with wich I deal with people makes me an indivisual who finds it far more fulfilling with good communication skills - both written and verbal ( I am fully bilingual).I have the ability to handle any pressurized or stressful situations with ease. I have 5 years Experience in an overall finance Environment. Three year as a Contract and Billing Accountant. Worked as a credit Controller and Finance Admin. 2 years in creditors and Debtors Environment. Committed to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I would like to work in an organization in which I can apply my knowledge, abilities, creative thinking and experience in a practical way. I can work independently but also enjoy working in a team. My ultimate goal is a career in Finance, as my interest and inclination lead me to believe that I can excel in this field and certain that I have the skills you require for this position. Learning a lot in the IT industry.

HERE IS A REVIEW OF WHAT MY JOB IS LIKE AND WHAT IT REQUIRES FROM ME ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS. Help Desk Administrator. *taking and logging calls for customers, and solving them. *my relationship with co-workers is great, we get along very well. *I have learned to be patient when working with customers,enjoy what you are doing all the time, be a good listener, when working with clients you must always have a smile on your face. i also learned how to play a role of management in my department. *what i enjoy most is seeing clients happy after helping them with their problem.working with different people all day everyday. *The most challenging aspects is keeping solving each clients problem on time and keeping them satisfied.
