Good communication skill, good learning curve, respect employees and give credit where is due

Bytes Document Solution is a great company to work for, The company has given a opportunity to come and work for them as a junior Management Accountant, They have given me a great exposure and experience. Any would love to work for them. The culture is good, open door policy with management. the most challenging aspect with my job is tight deadline, but I have leaned to be proactive to mean my deadline.

Pros: Credit is given were is due.
Cons: tight deadline over month end
