Excellent learning curve

I am the face of the company as far as clientele is concerned. I am responsible of selling the software system to the funeral industry, companies from underwriters to brokers and funeral schemes. And giving Tech support when it is necessary, training of the clients on our services. We are only four in the company that are behind in its growth, we work very closely with each other as every department is important as the other one. What I learnt in working as a Client Advisor is to interact freely with clients and building a relationship other a seller and consumer Training clients on how to use the system is what I enjoy the most as I am a person who is fond of technology To have potential customers that are keen to sign up but complaining about our prices, its a very challenging aspect of my work.

Pros: To learn as much as I can inorder to be an assert in a company
Cons: Working abnormal hours
