Good. Experience but pay is not satsfatory

Relationship with co-workers is good. People are doing as as they can. Pressure sometimes kill as more mistakes are prone to happen.. Learned a lot about project management contractors who need more guidance. Learned more about civil 3d

Hardworking and team player

stormwater drainage channels to make the roads safer for travel and improve the longevity of the roworking long hours without over timead’s surface. I am not only attentive to detail when designing and maintainine for this position. Sincerely,

Co-workers make day to day activities fun; Regular refreshers on software; Extensive design and problem solving exposure; Extensive travelling for projects; Wide range of engineering sectors; Extensive industry experience required.

Cross-cultural project environment

I am based at the client company offices and manages the client resources for the delivery of a number of projects across various technologies. The environment is highly politicised with numerous barriers to implementation. I have a good working relationship with my client co-workers, but do not have much contact with my company. I have learnt to deliver in an environment with clashing cultures and have managed to built a strong team that works well together.

Pros: Opportunity to work in the client environment
Cons: No support from my company or contact with my peers

Good opportunities

At BVi the environment is a good one if you are either an graduate or Associate. In between these positions there is a brief stage where the salary becomes questionable in comparison with the industry standards. Once over this bump the salary becomes decant again.

Cons: Have been waiting for a promotion for the last year...
