Excellent learning curve

I started as laboratory assistant working in wet chem preparing samples to be analysed. After three months I was promoted to laboratory technician were I was running instruments like ICP-OES and reporting results to to my supervisor. It was a good experience and I loved every minute of it.

Pros: It was a great opportunit
Cons: Yes long working hours to meet the target

Good leaner

My relationship with other workers is good and we respect each other and I have leant that we have to treat each other as a family and the most enjoyable is that we have leaves and they give us offs. We working long hour and we work outside not in the house.

Pros: They provide us with good ppe and risk assements and they promoted us to drive the company cars
Cons: They don't want to increase money into worker while we are working long hours.
