Your Time manament,Coorporation ,Communication,Service and Physical appearance

Very busy as I used to commit myself in what ever I am doing ,we did related well in all times in such a way that makes each an everyone of us jobs easy like: schedule drivers and assistant. I have learn to deal with people of different behaviour from different backgrounds and situation . Working with people is not to shout at them just talk so that the person must understand what u saying without fear and get the job done quick . I did enjoy doing my job that I been hired for in time without any disturbance , it encouraging other staff members too. Challenge aspects was when there is a disaster floods and Its a report day then I have to leave doing the report and go attend disaster coming back go ahead with the report ,as i like to be punctual with my job and report in time and submit evidence in time also.

No learning opportunity

We are delivering food parcels to the people who r in need for social relief, we also help some projects with schools uniform and the cosmetics. We also help when there is floods and fire disasters.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal hours
