Business Engineering Reviews

Business Analyst with an extensive knowledge of good communication and understanding of customers

My roles involves lot of meetings, analysing problems, documentation, interviewing people. Working with people involves lot of co-operation and teamwork, AND building good relationship with my workers and clients has been one of my champion to get work done. I have learnt to conduct myself professional and respect towards other people, taking pressure and leading people. I enjoy solving people problems, advising and making clients realise value or benefits from my work and the application we bring them. The most challenging is the problem analysis part, as there's no quick solution to most of the problems, it involves lot of thinking and brainstorming, paying attention to detail to people and problems

Pros: the job is not limited and you as individual you have to drive your career, and takes lot of discipline to accomplish.
Cons: Extensive traveling, and long drives to customers sitting outside the Gauteng province and flights.
