I love working as a BI Analyst, solving business problems and providing good insights.

I work Monday - Friday and occasionally a few days from home. My typical day start at 8 AM and end at 5PM, my most business time of the month is from 25th to 7th of every month. These are the time when I prepare monthly reports for the CEO, Business Consultant as well as some enterprise customers. What I've learned is that not all business have the same culture and work ethic, some people like myself like working on my own - know what is needed to get my job done. This environment the staff was not matured enough to make their own decision and know what to do if things are not as planned. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with other people, I also love training, I've had the privilege to provide my teammates PRINCE2 Project management training. It was great to share my experience and background utilizing real projects.

Pros: Being able to work from home during low demand.
Cons: This business needs to review their IT Systems and data flows to aligned to their processes.

Good

I have a very good relationship with my co-work i give them support my helping them with some of their work like confirming their meetings , scan ,photocopying, and typing for them. I have learnt how to handle diaries, and i enjoy to do admin work. The challenges is when handling a dairies and try to book to put more than 3 people in to a meeting.

Excellent learning curve

A very fun environment to be in with slim room for improvement,management is very helpful and they make you feel at home. Work ethics are not a culture as biasness over crowds the mentality of majority of people in management positions. Hence above all we all took initiative in making sure the running of the company ran smoothly with no hiccups for external people to see.

Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: Unorganized environment with poor management skills.
