A learning experience

Its a great conpany but it depends on the project you're working on, some managers can seriously deprive you growth. Moderate relationship wth colleagues, Introduced into a different system and HR processes.

Pros: Well reputable company with exellent client base.
Cons: No growth opportunities especially for consultants. Consultants are excluded in any company's funtion or events
