The customer service experience i pose in my career deserves me the opportunity for promotions.

The section is Temporary Broadcasting focusing on applications from major customer SABC LTD and Super sport International LTD. The processing of applications from the beginning until the billing process. The sections involves most of the team work for communication with customers. The section learnt me time keeping and process management including communications. The interacting of several people within the company chain and liaising with customer is most important to my career. The section challenges is meeting target on short space of time, the customer maid change venue on the last minute one need to react to such change and meet the customer needs, in this instead you need to correspond with network and technical divisions to make sure that the broadcasting event take place.

Pros: I am presently studing with MANCOSA Management Studies..
Cons: I do the standby duty including the weekends

Able to influence and lead a team. To exceed my mangers expectations

I am comfortable to spend extra time to execute additional responsibilities that are assigned. During my spare time I would volunteer to visit sites and inspecting internal and external attributes of the structures, and also performing additional tasks as assigned and reporting to my line manager. I am confident that I am an ideal candidate for this position and I would appreciate it very much if you may offer me a chance of an interview where I could further demonstrate my skills

Good learning curve

I work in very busy office I work independently but I have times when I need my team and we work very well together.I leaned a lot from my company but most importantly I leaned to multitask.I joy learning new things .most challenging except is the month end pressure because I have to work fast and accurately to meet the deadline.

Cons: No opportunity for growth
