Excellent learning curve

At the Advisory Service alot of pressure is instilled in agents to apply training methods diligently and timeously. My job entails me to have a set daily plan and always have an upbeat attitude as communication and interaction is key. I have an excellent relationship with the 50 colleagues in which I work with everyday. This is only one department. My hardest learning curve was adjusting to the new line of customers I had to speak with on a daily basis which are only U.K customers and based. They are very challenging and are accurate in what they want and how they want it. I enjoy the thrill and new experience my job gives me altogether. It is a rush and very challenging platform.

Cons: sales environment can be stressful

Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work well checking updates on the market for gas and electric prices using CRM to call clients and do contract renewals for utilities in the SME.Also doing acquisitions and dealing with affiliates and suppliers negotiate rates for clients with suppliers.Good working environment.Most challenging aspect-Turning negatives

Pros: No traffic
Cons: Daylight savings shift
