Excellent learning place

It will start off slow, as customers hop in need of assistance especially the elderly ones who cannot use computers. It will be so busy that you forget about everything which is good for me, it keeps me going. I had a very good relationship with my co-workers, if one of us didn't know something we would ask and help each other out I have learnt a lot of things, especially when it comes to people/customers. You can change someones mood by just smiling at them and complimenting them and give that person your whole attention. I have learnt to respect each and every person whether young or old. I enjoy lunch, where we sit and just talk and helping people. The most challenging aspect of my job was getting rude customers, but I have learnt a way to deal with them and that is to kill them with kindness.

Excellent learning oportunity

My current work place, i'd rate it a 90/100. Simply because it does not feel like work but more like a playground where i get to play. The customers are easy to please, every morning i come to work, i get exited knowing am going to help our young leaders achieve their dreams by helping them apply online at universities and colleges. Working with people has taught me a lot of things, one being how to deal different customers as because not all of them have the same moods. So by that i have leaned to be humble when dealing with customers.

Great way to gain experience

It is a great way of gaining experience as well as learning how things are in the working environment. You get to learn how it is like to work with people on day to day basis as well as being patient and accomodative to people's needs. Although the hours are long for a low salary, the experience has propelled me to learn a lot about myself and the job at hand
