Working as a team

I dimakatso usually prefer to work on a daily shift, I like working as a group depending on how much work do we have and I would like to learn everyday as long as it has more benefit to my work and I don't like working with people who are lazy

Excellent learning curve

Meetings, audits, inspection,training, solving issues in the plant, this is a typical work day for me. great work relationship with coworker and a mentor relationship with subordinates. ensuring the what is being produced is off good quality

Pros: Close relationship this top management
Cons: Breakdowns may cause unplanned overtime
