Excellent learning curve

The company values organizational culture and team work. A typical day would be receiving orders from the shipping department and processing using Ador ,Great Plains and Dolfin system. Great relationship with my co workmate and work as a team to assist each other . I have learnt a lot about how the Retail industry work and an understanding of all the processes from what a buyer, planners and brand managers do. I don't enjoy my work when it's quite and the seasons are done not a lot of work to do to keep yourself busy.

Pros: Organizational culture, team works
Cons: Lack of promotion and salary

Damaging learning curve

It's a company that doesn't care about their employees , concentrate on topically mistakes, not friendly, they still have the old mentality of skin color, whereas they have so many employees that knows their job and so dedicated to the company but they end up in the same position for years .

Pros: No opportunity to great promotions, do work not under your contract that you'

Good learning curve

A nice company to work for. My job requires lots of negotiation skills, good personality as you interact with clients most of the time. U must be a very hard working person as you work with deadlines. Must be good with numbers as you also work with prices everyday single day

Cons: There's no room for growth
