Learning curve

On my previous job I worked at a sport shop,so it wasnt easy for me to sell lugguage,and leather..i had to learn the brands name,airlines stuff like different airlines requirements.I had to study by attending cuatomer service training on how to deal with different type of customers.working at busby has tought me a lot of admin work as we have a lot of paper work to do and sign,as a sales lady I have learnt to always be professional towards customers,give a proffessiona greeting when a customer is in the store,attend and listen carefully what the customer wants and smile for customer.the most challenging part of retail is when you get a rude customer,that takes all his or problems to you.

Excellent experience

Merchandising, opening of boxes and housekeeping in the mornings. I have a good communication with my management and the rest of the staff. Motivate each other where one fails, the staff doesn't bring each other down. Managers training me daily with admin work challenging thing is dealing with a irate customers, however I always try explain the company policy.

Nice learning curve ,challenging

Its a ggo company just they don't really care about the staff membars and they don't have a good incertive scheme for good employees plus they over work staff and no over time monoy

Wake up call

I work with most amazing people in the world , waking up every morning going to was lot easier because I felt so excited going to work everyday. I most learnt to work with other people , how to communicate with others and to respect each other .i mostly enjoy working in an environment were by everyone is in a good mood , there is a good vibe , energy and laughter. The challenging aspects is when u given lot of work and at the same time you have deliver on time you sometimes get presure,have a stressful day ,but you have to know how to handle presure.

Great learning curve

A great work environment for team work. Places pressure on an individual to want to reach store targets in order to earn extra income. Company does not offer much fringe benefits and working hours are quite long. Teaches how to offer clients/customers highly excellent customer service.

Pros: Great for learning customer service skills, team work, working under pressure as well as being target driven.
Cons: Long working hours, little pay, minimum employee benefits.

Great stepping stone

Previously, I worked within two high-volume customer-support call centres for a major telecommunications. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as underwriting policies, claims, auditing of policies). I consistently met my administration goals, handling an average of 56 to 60 calls per day, ensuring all targets are met with customer satisfaction. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my employment as an administration assistant, policy underwriter, claims consultant and policy evaluator.

Excellent learning experience

Working at the Company I've been working at has given me great opportunities and improved my customer service I've gained a lot of in sight and the journey has been amazing
