Looking for a new adventure & growth

A very bubbly busy day usually , fun , exciting and entertaining . have a good working relationship with all co-workers , we have lots of fun working together , yes some do have off days and we all there to assist with that to make it all better. I have learnt so much from my co-workers, mostly new systems and programs, I enjoy a fun dynamic team , enjoy working with people in general and enjoy deadlines as odd as that sounds .... I can handle working under pressure and usually that brings out the best in me . challenges of my job currently would be to make sure all my stock is delivered to my stores and all my shipments arrive on time on time and maintaining that can be quite tricky.

Great stepping stone

I really must say, it has been an awesome working experience with a set of challenges. What I enjoy most is doing training's on a weekly basis. Educating stuff to enhance their knowledge about the company and all that is required from all of us. Reaching store targets and individual targets, running sales and giving the best customer service is what my team would get excited about everyday. I love it when colleagues grow in the company/ store. I'd promote hard working co-workers. What I've also learned is that if you as a leader aren't learning nor growing, your staff would stay in the same positions too. I don't like not making money! I hate stock loss!

Not easy to be promoted

the staff are great to work with. have learned to push myself to my full potential. have learned to work in a team. enjoy teaching my staff on ways to improve themselves. paperwork gets heavey every month but take it step by step to complete it.

A prominent learning curve

I feel that there is a lot to do and that the salary does not match the amount of work and time we do. Working in a team is challenging but it is fun when you get to know and understand the people you work with. I have learnt a lot about running a store and working with people and customers. The most fun I have is receiving new stock and letting our customers know what we have received as they always get excited and are keen to come in and check it out. Most difficult thing is how to communicate with the senior staff members as I feel that they don't listen to the staff concerns.
