Good learning curve

Private hospital that works with medical aid as well as Private patient. Patient pays fee for admission and the get treated. Medical aid pays for hospital admission for their patient.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning as well maybe promotion to a better post.
Cons: when retrenchment arise we are the 1st department to be retrenched.
