Challenging but inspiring

I am a registered nurse currently working in a ICU unit at Busamed private hospital . I enjoy my job and the challenges I face but would like to explore my skills since the hospital I am working is still new and therelated is not much of challenges .I need to grow in my career .I do have a good relationship with my Co workers and I believe respect goes a long way despite having different ranks.

Pros: I do hospital on calls when there is no unit manager available
Cons: Doctor''s complaints
