Excellent learning curve

The company does a lot in terms of learning and skills development but lack opportunity for individual growth. It is a very welcoming company but its policies are not up to date and a lot of changes needs to take place to really see the company exceed. It is a great company to kick start your career.

10am to 6pm hours. South African office recruit fresh out of varsity. I have learnt how the private equity industry operates. Most challenging aspect is money.y.

Pros: Prmotions until you hit the roof in 2-3 years
Cons: Lots of youth
