I learnt to handle big clients, invoicing and running a business

It's a good company to work at and treat their employees fair and reasonable. But the big challenge is the target that you need to make. It's more than what you earn per annum, which is not fair for the employees.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working to work
