Excellent learning curve where you learn everyday

I am currently working as an Assistant Manager where the work load is a bit hectic. We sometimes work 6 days a week and working shifts. I've a good relationship with my co-workers and my juniors as am the go to guy when they have problems. I learnt how do deal with different characters of people including dealing with difficult customers. I enjoy the team spirit that the crews have as they're always energetic. Working shifts sometimes makes you loose a lot in your personal life as there is not much time to rest.

Pros: A fun place to work in as there is a great team spirit
Cons: Long working hours and little time to rest
