My company was good before but when the times goes things gone bad, good people left and now we are left with people who are greedy and they do not want to be in the same place as the other people who left. When I joined the company I was so happy to be part of it until now I wish I can leave any time.

Obtaining a shift management certificate

The company has a good structure. I loved working with customers. Dealing with training on a daily basis. Looking over the maintenance of eguipment and business outlook

Experience given in the retail company

Burger King South Africa is a great ace to learn how to interact with different people on a daily basis and a very healthy environment with energetic people within. Having to deal with very difficult guests from time to time and maybe not getting the order right leads to having a very challenging day, but other than that it's definitely a place where one can easily learn to get along with different people.

Pros: There's always room for promotions for everyone within the company
Cons: Working on Holidays and maybe every weekend

Gives opportunities and a great learning curve

I have learned so much and have gained a lot of experience. I now can differentiate between what's good and bad for the business. I now understand the importance of customer or guest service and customer care.

Pros: These a space for promotion, as long as you work hard

I learnt alot on how to run a shift on my own.

To be honest I sometimes feel like I am the only one who cares about what happens in the workplace since I got a promotion. But again I always tell myself that giving up it is not my thing, I was born strong that is why in everything I do I put more effort on it. Sometimes it is good to get challenges because they make us stronger everyday, it is where we learn about life together with work.
