Hard labour
In.my experience employees are.not treated equally. I work because I have to provide for my.family working overtime then.hours cut employees limited. More work and.less.people but practical trained to work well under pressure. Nd hw.to be A good team member but management has favoritizm and less communicate

A way to success start with hard labour
In my experience it has taught a skill of being able to work underpressure, team member skill and a method of communication with more work and less people. Management less communicate and has favorable people and I can work well with different people

Challenging experience
working at my workplace has equipped me with lot of workplace experience in terms of how to cater and treat my fellow colleagues and guest at large. I am able to work all stations and can multi-task from being at the front that is the till and the back, that is the boards,preparing food as a whole and working at drive through taking orders from guest. I have a good relationship with my fellow colleagues and my managers.We are a family and able to assist each other at all times. My workplace has taught me how to treat guest and co-workers in a respectful manner to communicate effectively and how to handle disputes in a polite manner. Making burger bills/preparing them is what i enjoy most. Having to work more than three stations while it is rush hour is the most challenging aspect of my job.
