Good exposure

-great working environment -Amazing team -Learning new tools for automation -enjoyed interacting with various team members -the most challenging aspects of the job,related to the actual work - was receiving builds too late in the sprint and be expected to run automation within a shirt time frame.

Consulting for your company at the client site

As Bumblebee is a consulting company with Sanlam (where i'm based) and a few other clients, it is a very demanding environment. From working longer hours than our fellow Sanlam stuffers to constantly giving feedback back to the consulting company on a weekly basis, not to mention you have to try and work twice as much as others to represent your company well at the client. However, I'm not complaining as this can be an eye opener and you get to learn a lot more about the different technologies that make the agile environment a more effective methodology adapted.

Pros: Greatly rewarded for the effort you put in at the client, half the times
Cons: Reporting both internally and to your consulting company constantly, which can consume a valuable time
